To be honest, I am fond of how you covered Jenn's different pieces of clothing in this, as well as some personal notes such as the explanation on the minor details (her ears, back toes, etc.)

What needs improvement is anatomy. I know you don't have a incredibly realistic style, you tend to lean more semi-realistic and cartoony, which I respect. However, the size of her eyes should not take up her entire face. They need to be about three times less the size that they are now. (Trust me, this is something I suffered through for almost a year.) I'd also suggest not just showing her left profile. It might be a good idea to consider showing her right side, or just her front or a birds-eye view so we can see any difference in markings on her sides or something.

All in all, I do really admire this reference sheet, it looks really nice. The details are stunning and are helpful to those who may need to draw your character. It gives the viewer a sense of who this character is, design and personality-wise.
